Normally we will provide shipping by DHL, but we will also send by the other carriers for shipping in different cases, they are UPS/EMS/Fedex etc.The delivery time is 7-9 working days in normal condition

Case 2: DHL is not allowed to use in your area. Like Russia, Brazil, Argentina
Case 3: Good news for customers from Russia Belarus Ukraine Brazil etc countries, we choose eEMS(EMS upraded version) to ship parcel by default, safe, fast, with better ability of customs clearance. Delivery within about 5-10 working days by eEMS.
Except all of 3 cases, If your address is remote area for us , you should add extra shipping fees for DHL/UPS/EMS/Fedex etc, otherwise we will choose post mail shipping for free.
About customs, if the parcel get strict inspected by customs, the buyer needs to pay tax to clear customs.
We won't bear the customs taxes. The cost of return or lost parcel would be on customer due to reject customs clearance.
If you choose DHL, Fedex ect Express,not include remote dispatching cost, customs duty, or any commission charged by dhlfor customs clearance or warehouse storage cost.
